IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the recruitment pipeline, ensuring the right technical talent is matched to ongoing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted IT candidates for open positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, maintaining short time‑to‑market.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Write candidate summaries, edit resumes, and communicate candidate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment metrics to optimize revenue and staffing efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Adaptable, team‑first attitude.
