About the role
Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join its fast‑moving team. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from intake to offer across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting, from leadership intake calls to final offers.
- Source and engage candidates across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, ensuring a seamless Blacksmith candidate experience.
- Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent and keep hiring managers informed.
- Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
- High accountability mindset with ability to work independently across time zones and cultures.
Required skills
- Strong ATS proficiency and love for streamlined, automated workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
