About the role
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of catering services for events in Tela, Honduras. The role involves overseeing all aspects of food and drink operations to ensure a high‑quality experience for clients and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise food and beverage service during events.
- Manage staff, ensuring service standards are met.
- Organize set‑ups, timing, and specific requirements for each event.
- Monitor client needs throughout the event and address any issues promptly.
- Guarantee efficient, high‑quality service delivery.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant or event management.
- Proven track record in coordinating and supervising events.
- Proactive, dynamic and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational demands.
- Strong leadership and excellent customer‑service skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays and variable schedules.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
