Reservations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Support Specialist to deliver responsive, detail‑oriented assistance throughout the entire reservation lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that every booking is accurate, complete, and aligned with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation‑related questions and process requests promptly.
• Research availability, service options, and pricing to provide accurate information.
• Coordinate reservation details with internal teams and external service providers.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and communicate updates or changes.
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and cancellations.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow up on incomplete or outstanding items.
• Provide professional support throughout the reservation process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
