About the role

The Operations Manager will lead and supervise multiple food and beverage points of sale in Tegucigalpa, ensuring compliance with brand standards for quality, service, product consistency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit kiosks, mall locations, drive‑through and countryside outlets to verify operations, service levels and standard adherence.
• Oversee product consistency by monitoring recipes, portion sizes, approved ingredients, presentation and preparation times for crepes, coffee and beverages.
• Identify and correct deviations such as unauthorized recipe changes, ingredient substitutions or cost‑cutting practices that affect quality.
• Manage franchisees by tracking compliance, implementing corrective actions and escalating recurring issues.
• Monitor sales, costs, waste, inventory, productivity and other operational KPIs to improve profitability.
• Lead, train and evaluate store managers and operational teams.
• Ensure continuous operation through inventory control, supply chain management, cold‑chain supervision and equipment maintenance.
• Support expansion by preparing and opening new locations with the necessary staff, processes, equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality/Gastronomy Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience supervising or managing operations in fast‑service restaurants, cafés, franchises or multi‑unit food & beverage businesses.
• Proven ability to work with franchise partners and operational teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently between locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
