About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in San Pedro Sula. The successful candidate will provide preventive legal guidance, answer queries from various business units, and ensure that all corporate documentation remains current and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Offer preventive legal advice and resolve internal legal queries across departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain up‑to‑date legal documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree in Law.
- Minimum of three years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
