Corporate & Labour Lawyer – Legal Department

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate and Labour Lawyer to join its Legal Department in San Pedro Sula. You will support the company’s growth by providing expert legal counsel across corporate, regulatory, and labour matters.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on and manage all corporate legal processes.
• Develop company policies and positions on legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents for trials or court proceedings.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Design and oversee corporate legal policies.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals and draft contracts.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law with a current license to practice.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Experience in transport or logistics industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
