Bilingual Intake Specialist – Employment Law

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with employment law matters. You will handle high‑volume calls, gather essential case information, and schedule consultations, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience for prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound intake calls, providing a warm and supportive voice for the firm.
• Conduct structured prescreening to collect key facts about termination dates, employer details, wage disputes, discrimination claims, and harassment incidents.
• Guide Spanish‑speaking callers through the intake questionnaire with clear, fluent communication.
• Schedule initial consultations with qualified prospects and maintain accurate calendar management.
• Log intake details, case notes, and upload documentation into the firm’s legal management software promptly.
• Follow up on missed calls, web leads, and pending questionnaires to maximize conversion and timely case routing.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Outstanding phone demeanor—warm, empathetic, confident, and articulate under stress.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and reliable follow‑through.
• Prior experience in legal intake, employment law, call‑center outreach, or high‑volume customer service is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal CRM/case management software.
• Experience using VOIP phone systems.
• Comfort with daily administrative tools and digital documentation.
