Auxiliar de Bodega y Picker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Auxiliar de Bodega y Picker to join our fast‑growing logistics team at PedidosYa. You will be responsible for picking, packing and storing orders while ensuring high service standards and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately and pack them according to company standards.
• Receive, store and label merchandise, maintaining safety, hygiene and organization.
• Record all movements in the inventory system promptly.
• Verify that received goods match purchase orders and monitor expiration dates and quality (cold‑chain integrity, damages).
• Suggest layout or process improvements to increase picking productivity.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and communicate them.
• Participate in inventory control cycles and support order hand‑over to delivery riders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a stocker, replenisher or warehouse assistant.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts within a 6 am – 2 am window.
• Strong teamwork attitude, responsibility and commitment.
• Flexibility, dynamism and proactive mindset.
