Case Manager Assistant – Personal Injury Law

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Case Manager Assistant to support our personal injury team. The role involves assisting Case Managers throughout the lifecycle of a claim, from intake to settlement, while maintaining high standards of client communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with daily case handling tasks and documentation.
• Maintain and update case files in the case management system.
• Collect, organize, and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to obtain needed information.
• Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents as requested.
• Schedule appointments, depositions, and meetings.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Provide status updates to clients when required.
• Support pre‑litigation processes and settlement documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in personal injury law (required).
• Experience as a Case Manager Assistant or similar legal support role.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, including medical records, demand packages, and liens.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in an on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
