Case Manager – Personal Injury & Medical Lien Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to lead medical lien negotiations and settlement reductions for personal injury clients. The role involves close collaboration with U.S. law firms, medical providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution of liens.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate medical liens, outstanding balances, and settlement reductions on behalf of clients.
• Review and analyze medical billing records, lien documentation, settlement information, and account balances.
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, law firms, medical providers, lien holders, and insurance companies to reach appropriate resolutions.
• Identify discrepancies in billing records and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, balances, and case updates.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience working with a U.S. personal injury law firm.
• Proven track record in medical lien negotiation and settlement reduction.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
