Case Manager – Personal Injury Support

About the role

The Case Manager provides essential administrative and case‑management support for personal injury clients. You will coordinate medical treatment, liaise with providers, and keep case files accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day management and coordination of client cases.
• Schedule and communicate medical appointments, track treatment progress.
• Follow up on outstanding medical records, bills, and related documentation.
• Update clients on treatment plans, appointments, and case status.
• Support insurance documentation and property‑damage claim processes.
• Maintain accurate case information in Filevine, uploading and organizing documents.
• Use RingCentral and Outlook for daily communication and coordination.
• Utilize Surfshark for secure remote access when required.
• Provide administrative assistance to senior Case Managers and attorneys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in case‑management, legal assistance, medical records, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with personal injury law firm processes is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
