Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience managing personal injury cases, overseeing case progress and providing excellent support to clients and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Collect, organize, and maintain case documentation and medical records.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow‑up on all required actions.
• Coordinate appointments, records requests, and other case‑related activities.
• Keep case management systems updated with accurate and complete information.
• Support attorneys by preparing case files and ensuring all documentation is organized and readily available.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
• Proven ability to manage personal injury cases independently.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case management processes and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
