Personal Injury Paralegal (Remote, US Law)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a U.S.-based law firm on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, acting as the main point of contact for clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a dedicated caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake to final resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Request, organize, and maintain critical case documentation, medical records, and billing statements.
• Monitor statutory and case deadlines to ensure timely legal actions and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate client appointments and keep the firm’s case management software up‑to‑date.
• Support attorneys by preparing comprehensive case files and ensuring all documentation is review‑ready.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal supporting attorneys.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for formal legal correspondence.
• Proven ability to manage personal injury cases independently without micromanagement.
• Deep understanding of PI workflows, including medical records retrieval and insurance follow‑ups.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle a high‑volume caseload and strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
