About the role

We are looking for a Line Cook to join the kitchen team of The Beach House boutique hotel in Roatán. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and plating dishes during service, following our recipes and quality standards in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes for the assigned station (hot, cold, garnish, etc.) ensuring consistency with recipes.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
• Participate in basic stock control, receive deliveries and store products correctly.
• Adhere to food safety and occupational risk prevention standards.

Required profile

• Basic culinary training or proven experience in a similar role in restaurants or hotels.
• Ability to work under pressure during service periods while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Team‑player attitude with effective communication and collaborative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and commitment to safety regulations.
• Availability for full‑time work, split shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
