About the role

As a Strategy and Business Design Consultant at Deloitte you will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with experts from various fields to deliver high‑quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth and corporate strategies for clients.
• Conduct financial analysis and business design to shape new business models.
• Lead digital development and innovation projects using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to create unique, impact‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy analysis, financial analysis, business design, digital projects, Innovation or Agile environments.
• Relevant certifications in Finance, Data Science, Project Management, Agile, PMI or PMO.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Tableau (preferred).
