Customer Service Representative (Recent Graduate)

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join its customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing shipment updates, resolving freight issues, and supporting the logistics workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Charger logistics’ products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships.
• Provide real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple interfaces.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures and support the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree (recent graduate).
• Previous logistics or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
