About the role

The North Zone Sales Executive will drive revenue growth and market share in the northern region of Honduras, focusing on wholesale tire distributors, trucking companies, and fleet operators. The role combines field sales, credit management, and vehicle stewardship to ensure profitable and sustainable business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily visit routes in San Pedro Sula and nearby municipalities (Choloma, Villanueva, La Lima), prospecting and opening new corporate and retail tire accounts.
• Provide technical advice on tire performance, compounds, and designs tailored to each client’s operations.
• Collect and process credit documentation for new customers and manage collection of overdue invoices within the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure sales comply with company pricing and payment policies.
• Maintain and responsibly operate the company‑assigned vehicle, handling preventive maintenance, fuel usage, and reporting any mechanical issues.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or tire sector.
• Proven ability to manage credit lines, coordinate logistics, and liaise with service centers or workshops.
