Field Recruiter

About the role

As a Field Recruiter at SBP Outsourcing, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and selecting talent for a variety of operational and administrative positions. You will conduct initial interviews, administer basic assessments and ensure continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for operational and administrative roles.
• Conduct first‑round interviews and apply basic testing tools.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define job profiles and organize recruitment events.
• Facilitate a smooth and timely onboarding process for new hires.

Required profile

• Previous experience in face‑to‑face recruitment, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Strong interview and candidate evaluation abilities.
• Basic proficiency with office software (Excel, Word) and email communication.
• Excellent communication skills, result‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Relevant education in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Tegucigalpa and attend field recruitment events.
