Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Crescendo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support operations at its Tegucigalpa hub. You will act as the bridge between associates, leaders and People Operations, managing core HR processes while driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations team to provide day‑to‑day HR support, including policies, benefits, payroll and the Employee Handbook.
• Handle employee‑relations matters such as concerns, grievances, performance and disciplinary issues, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Honduran labor law.
• Facilitate disciplinary meetings, investigations and conflict‑resolution conversations, escalating high‑risk cases to HR leadership when needed.
• Support wellness, culture and engagement initiatives by conducting focus groups, skip‑level conversations and other employee‑listening mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate confidential employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years progressive HR experience with hands‑on employee‑relations, HR operations or performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Honduran labor law, disciplinary procedures and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS and employee‑relations systems.
• Ability to produce HR reports and analyze people data.
