Honduras Partnership Coordinator (Consultant)

About the role

Partners Worldwide is seeking a Consultant to serve as the Honduras Partnership Coordinator. In this role you will support the Honduras Partnership Team by building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, ensuring projects run smoothly, and contributing to the organization’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship in high‑poverty communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners in Honduras.
• Regularly engage partners to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Assist with translation of materials as required.
• Collaborate with partners to create and implement annual partnership plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide timely follow‑up.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen relationships and offer on‑the‑ground support.
• Help improve and implement systems, processes, or tools that support partnership activities.
• Participate in special projects, cross‑team collaboration, and organizational initiatives.
