About the role

The Operations Manager will lead and supervise the comprehensive management of operations within the assigned zone, ensuring continuity, efficiency and profitability of services. This role combines administrative, logistical and financial oversight while supporting commercial activities and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise administrative, logistical and operational activities in the assigned zone.
• Guarantee efficient and timely delivery of services to clients.
• Supervise cash handling and resource management.
• Monitor operational and financial indicators, billing, portfolio and administrative controls.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and support commercial and sales management.
• Lead, develop and coordinate staff, ensuring achievement of objectives and operational standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational, administrative or business‑unit leadership roles.
• Proven experience in operations and logistics.
• Experience in cash management and control.
• Experience in commercial management, corporate sales or client handling.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work with operational and financial indicators.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Availability to work in a dynamic, high‑responsibility operational environment.
