Key Account Manager – Partnerships & Payments

About the role

Paynau is expanding its collection network and seeks a Key Account Manager to drive partnerships and payment solutions across physical and digital channels. You will be the bridge between internal teams, external providers and strategic partners, turning negotiations into successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new collection points and commercial allies in existing markets.
• Lead commercial negotiations from initial contact to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with banks, retailers, supermarkets and convenience stores.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Technology and external vendors to ensure smooth project rollout.
• Monitor partner needs, channel performance and commercial KPIs.
• Analyze results, propose improvements and drive growth.
• Prepare executive presentations and analyses for stakeholders.
• Manage launch projects for new channels, aligning all involved areas.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Key Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships or B2B sales.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing commercial alliances, preferably with banks, retailers or fintechs.
• Strong stakeholder management, result‑orientation and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Analytical ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Advanced/flu fluent English (minimum B2).
