Operations Supervisor

About the role

RelayRelay Human Cloud is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 30‑50 staff members at its San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on driving performance, quality and attendance while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a large team, improving quality, productivity and attendance.
• Monitor and enhance customer service levels, sales performance and interaction quality.
• Communicate company policies, procedures and updates through team meetings, pre‑shift briefings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Handle employee issues such as attendance, performance and conduct, delivering corrective actions when needed.
• Process employee‑related tasks including coding absences, sick leave, PTO and payroll closing.
• Maintain clear and fluent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all management levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
