Pairing Specialist – Recruitment

About the role

The Pairing Specialist is a core member of our Recruitment Team, acting as the bridge between client staffing needs and our talent inventory. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and the Head‑Hunting team, you will ensure qualified virtual staff are matched to client requirements efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm client staffing needs in collaboration with Sales and Account Management.
• Partner with the Head‑Hunting team to source suitable virtual candidates from our inventory.
• Interview and vet candidates to verify skill alignment with client specifications.
• Conduct placement calls and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Maintain accurate client request records and provide regular progress updates.
• Track placement outcomes, analyze trends, and suggest process improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the placement workflow.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree preferred (not mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or talent acquisition.
• One year of experience in a legal environment is preferred.
• Mid‑level classification with a focus on recruitment and client relationship management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite applications.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
