About the role

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to create, decorate and present desserts for a variety of events such as weddings, corporate celebrations and private parties. The role is full‑time, onsite at our Tegucigalpa facilities and involves both classic and innovative pastry preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, toppings and other pastry components following established recipes.
• Design and execute decorative finishes, using glazes, fillings, piping bags and creative techniques.
• Organize the work station, manage inventory of ingredients and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food‑handling and kitchen safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to coordinate production timelines and on‑site setup.
• Propose new dessert ideas and flavor combinations when appropriate.

Required profile

• Formal training in pastry, bakery, cooking or equivalent professional experience (mandatory).
• Proven knowledge of decoration techniques and product presentation.
• Strong understanding of hygiene regulations, food safety and cleanliness of the workstation.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑demand, team‑oriented environment.
• Full‑time availability with flexible hours according to event schedules.
