Sales Specialist – Remote B2B Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in a remote B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow‑up calls.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and keep accurate records in a CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
