Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead the sourcing strategy for its Customer Service Representative recruitment team. You will build talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing techniques, engage candidates through social media and other platforms, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and host promotional activities to generate leads.
• Support execution and implementation of recruiting and sourcing deliverables.
• Interact with applicants, responding to inquiries via social media and other channels.
• Maintain accurate sourcing tracking and reporting.
• Develop timelines and plans to meet hiring needs.
• Promote recruiting activities using job portals, social media, and tools.
• Manage sourcing channels including online, referral programs, external events, and vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Post‑secondary education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment and handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Leadership or team‑guidance experience considered an asset.
• Willingness to work shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with an online Applicant Tracking System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
