Talent Partner – Recruiter

About the role

Viva Talent is seeking a Talent Partner to own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end candidate experience for our Executive Assistant and Recruitment Coordinator placements across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed, and AI‑driven automation to make every interaction memorable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate journey from outreach through pre‑onboarding, ensuring clear and engaging communication at each touchpoint.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while preserving quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual effort and scale the candidate experience.
• Introduce innovative ideas that enhance Viva’s modern, thoughtful brand perception.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to improve hiring or employee experience processes.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and comfort working autonomously.
• Stable employment history with at least one role held for 2 + years.
• Fluent English (C1+ level) with clear, concise communication.
