About the role
You will support the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, handling both administrative and operational tasks while working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs, maintain documentation and coordinate projects.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional experience in any field, with at least one role held for 2+ years.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and strong English proficiency (C1).
- Proactive attitude and comfort with remote collaboration tools.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, family care days and parental leave.
