Contract Specialist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in Heredia for a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑to‑end contract management, collaborating closely with legal, sales, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from generation to execution and final distribution.
• Coordinate contract reviews with legal, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Review, negotiate, and process contract modifications while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Draft and revise contract language, including amendments to Schedule A Agreements.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management systems and processes.
• Maintain effective cross‑departmental collaboration and assist with special projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of contract administration experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
