Customer Service Representative – Logistics (Recent Graduate)

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier in North America, is expanding its Customer Service Department in San Pedro Sula. We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to our clients, ensuring smooth shipment tracking and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships.
• Provide real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and status reports.
• Resolve freight‑related issues and communicate solutions.
• Enter, update, and process orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
