Intake Specialist – Immigration Services

About the role

We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our immigration law team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through eligibility screenings and ensuring a compassionate, client‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound eligibility screenings and assess client qualification for immigration services.
• Guide prospects through a structured intake questionnaire to identify appropriate immigration solutions.
• Perform outbound outreach calls to engage leads and schedule consultations.
• Maintain accurate client profiles in the case management system and document all interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultation leadership for smooth handoffs and participate in team training and contests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably with outbound calling.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with high empathy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with case management platforms such as Litify.
• Experience using communication tools like RingCentral.
