About the role

The Fleet Manager is responsible for selecting, maintaining and overseeing a vehicle fleet to meet company objectives within set schedules and budgets. The role ensures all maintenance activities are performed, vehicles remain in optimal condition, and that fleet data is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Verify proper use of transport vehicles and guarantee mechanical soundness to maximize fleet performance.
• Maintain the integrity of fleet information across multiple platforms.
• Monitor driver compliance with traffic regulations and report any infractions.
• Enforce fleet policies and procedures while implementing new measures aligned with strategic goals.
• Define work methods, record‑keeping and control processes to keep inventory orderly according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 7–9 years of experience managing vehicle fleets or similar logistics operations.
• Valid light‑vehicle driver’s license.
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics and traffic regulations.
• Experience leading personnel and handling workshop equipment.

Required skills

• Automotive mechanics knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).
• Operation of workshop tools and equipment.
• Understanding of traffic regulations.
