Monitoring Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a dedicated Monitoring Specialist to join the night‑shift team. In this position you will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives aimed at reducing trailer damage, shortening repair cycles, and improving overall fleet utilization across our North‑American network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous‑improvement projects focused on trailer damage reduction, repair turnaround time, and cost recovery.
• Analyze trailer damage data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor Out‑of‑Service (OOS) equipment, produce daily downtime and repair status reports, and track damage trends.
• Investigate liability, manage claims submission, and oversee reimbursement recovery processes.
• Partner with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to streamline workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based dashboards, KPIs, and reports to visualize performance metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to pinpoint recurring failure points and recommend preventive solutions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and results to leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical background with a focus on root‑cause analysis and process improvement.
• Experience handling claims, maintenance workflows, or asset reliability is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
