About the role
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a fast‑paced, remote environment serving Latin America. You will leverage your experience in managing complex tasks to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, produce reports, maintain SOPs and documentation, and coordinate projects across the organization.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field, with a history of working closely with senior leaders.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every six months.
- Fully remote, fixed schedule, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, parental leave and global health insurance.
- 5‑week paid training and clear growth paths to Senior EA, CSM or Chief of Staff.
